By accessing or using Money Manager (hereinafter, "the Service"), operated by Tello Tech (hereinafter, "the Company"), based in Guatemala, you accept these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Service.
Money Manager is a personal finance web application that allows users to record transactions, create budgets, set savings goals, manage debts, generate financial reports, and consult an artificial intelligence assistant (Auri). The Service is available as a progressive web application (PWA) installable on mobile and desktop devices.

Specific prices and conditions for each plan will be communicated on the Service pricing page. The Company reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days prior notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Auri is a financial assistant powered by artificial intelligence that provides analysis and recommendations based on the financial data you enter. It is important to understand that:
The Service, including its design, code, logos, text, and features, is the property of Tello Tech and is protected by the intellectual property laws of Guatemala and international treaties. No rights to the Service's intellectual property are granted to you beyond the limited license to use it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Money Manager is a progressive web application (PWA) with limited offline support. Data accessed while offline may not be completely up to date. Synchronization occurs automatically when the connection is restored. The Company does not guarantee the availability of all features in offline mode.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the email address registered in your account or through a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. Any dispute related to these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Guatemala City.
